A Few Words About Phoenixx Ascend
You’ll learn how to communicate professionally, manage your time effectively, build digital presence, and take ownership of your work. The program is designed for ambitious individuals with little formal education but a strong drive to grow.
Successful graduates receive an official certificate and can apply for a permanent full-time position at Phoenixx with a gross salary of €3,200/month, 14 salaries per year (including holiday & Christmas bonuses), 28 days of paid vacation, and 100% remote work. Opportunities for team leadership or account management are available for top performers.
The next cohort begins on October 1st, 2025. Participants also gain access to the Ascend Alumni Group with exclusive internal job openings, direct mentorship from Phoenixx leaders, and early access to creator projects.

Phoenixx Ascend is a 30-week career development program designed for ambitious chat moderators ready to take their professional journey to the next level. Whether you're already part of the Phoenixx team or previously worked with Anja Krippner, this program offers you the chance to grow, specialize, and secure a full-time position with us.
Starting October 1st, 2025, you’ll progress through five structured phases to become a certified Digital Specialist – with real employment opportunities, career coaching, and future leadership options. All remote, all real.
Phase 1 – Digital Foundations (Weeks 1–8)
Build your base for digital professionalism:
Writing style and structure
Reliability & time management
Understanding digital tools
Ownership and responsibility in remote work

Phase 2 – Communication & Persona (Weeks 9–14)
Develop advanced communication skills:
Persona-based conversation techniques
Sales psychology
Conflict resolution
Authentic voice and tone in chat

Phase 3 – Specialization (Weeks 15–24)
Choose your path and receive expert training in one of three tracks:
Sales & Chat Closing (e.g., upselling in platforms like OnlyFans)
Content Strategy & Caption Writing
Support & Community Management

Phase 4 – Team Leadership & Reporting (Weeks 25–28)
Prepare for leadership and operational roles:
Understanding KPIs & performance metrics
SOPs and workflow coordination
First steps in team management
Basic reporting skills

Phase 5 – Graduation & Job Readiness (Weeks 29–30)
Wrap up with a final project and prepare for the job application:
Final project presentation
